Lavish Loft Terms of Service

By placing an order or completing a purchase with Lavish Loft, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable product details, pricing, delivery timeframe and store policies.

Authenticity Guarantee

All products sold by Lavish Loft are carefully sourced from reputable retail stores, established designer outlets and trusted retail channels in the United States. Lavish Loft guarantees the authenticity of the products offered for sale. Proof of purchase or supporting documentation may be provided upon request, where available.

Independent Retailer & Brand-Affiliation Disclaimer

Lavish Loft is an independent retailer operating in Sri Lanka and independently sources genuine branded products through reputable retail channels in the United States. Lavish Loft is not an authorised dealer, authorised distributor, official retailer, franchisee, agent or representative of any featured brand in Sri Lanka, unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing. All brand names, trademarks, logos and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

Pre-Orders & Sourcing

Pre-orders are available for selected brands and selected products only. As pre-order items are specially sourced and shipped from the United States, customers should allow up to 2 months for delivery. A pre-order is confirmed only after product availability is confirmed, the customer approves the final quotation, the required payment is received and Lavish Loft confirms that the order has been placed. Once a pre-order has been purchased from the supplier, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged for change of mind.

Pricing, Stock and Website Errors

Lavish Loft reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, product-description or stock errors before an order is confirmed or dispatched. Where an order is affected by a genuine error, the customer will be informed and may choose to accept the corrected details or receive a refund of the amount paid.

Promotions, Discount Codes & Store Credit

Promotional offers, discount codes and sale prices are subject to their stated validity periods, availability and conditions. Lavish Loft does not offer store credit.

Events Beyond Our Control

Lavish Loft will make reasonable efforts to fulfil confirmed orders and deliveries within stated timeframes. However, Lavish Loft will not be responsible for delays caused by severe weather, customs delays, transport disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
