Watch Warranty Terms

Lavish Loft provides a one-year Lavish Loft warranty for watch-movement or internal mechanical issues beginning from the date of purchase shown on the original invoice or receipt. This is an independent warranty provided by Lavish Loft and is not a manufacturer's warranty or a warranty from an authorised Sri Lankan brand distributor.

Warranty Exclusions: Battery replacement, strap or bracelet damage, glass/crown/casing damage, water or moisture damage, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by unauthorised repairs.
