Lavish Loft Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Timeframe

Online orders will normally be delivered within 2-3 working days across Sri Lanka, subject to product availability, delivery location and circumstances beyond our control. Delivery is available throughout Sri Lanka through Lavish Loft's approved domestic shipping agents.

Special or Urgent Deliveries

Special or urgent delivery arrangements may also be available upon request. Customers should contact Lavish Loft before placing the order to confirm availability, estimated delivery time and any additional charges.

Delivery Address & Recipient Information

Customers must provide the correct recipient name, delivery address, contact number and delivery instructions. Additional delivery charges may apply where delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept the parcel or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Customer-Arranged and Instant Deliveries

Customers who independently arrange collection or delivery through an instant-delivery application, rider or third-party courier do so at their own risk. The order will be treated as handed over to the customer once it is collected from Lavish Loft in apparent good condition by the selected delivery provider.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable once the delivery service has been completed or the cost has been incurred. Customers are responsible for return-delivery and redelivery costs unless the product received was confirmed to have been damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied by Lavish Loft.
