Refund policy

At LavishLoft, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within the time frame outlined below.

Returns

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at support@lavishloft.lk within 3 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@lavishloft.lk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Beauty or personal care products that have been opened or used.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
